12 Small-Group Personal Training Sessions

Train three times per week over the 4-week program to build muscle and strength. These sessions are coach-led and designed to help you reach your peak fitness, so you can feel your most confident this summer.

InBody Body Composition Scans

We’ll perform an InBody scan at both the beginning and the end of the program to track your progress. This gives you real data beyond just the scale, allowing us to see exactly how your body composition is changing as you get stronger.

SSD Handbook

Take the guesswork out of your routine with our Summer Slim Down Handbook. It provides you with a clear roadmap, telling you exactly what to eat and how to stay on track over the full 4 weeks so you can focus entirely on your success.

Exclusive SSD Tee

We want to celebrate your dedication! Every participant who completes the 4-week program will receive an exclusive Summer Slim Down t-shirt to commemorate your hard work and achievements.
